Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed a contract with the National Water Co. (NWC) at a value of SAR 57.28 million (excluding VAT).
Under the 36-month contract, AWPT will perform the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater networks in Hafer Al-Batin Governorate, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The company expects the relevant impact to take place during Q1 2026. It noted that there are no related parties involved.
AWPT also said it received the agreement today, Feb. 19, after it was signed by all parties.
The contract award was announced by the company on Dec. 14, 2025, according to data available with Argaam.
