Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. signed today, Oct. 12, a contract worth SAR 48.41 million (including VAT) with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University to operate the English Language Institute for the academic year 1447 AH at the university. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that under the contract, it will implement the project for the operation of the English Language Institute for the academic year 1447 AH at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, in accordance with the terms, specifications, and contract documents.
It added that the contract term is 12 months starting from the date of the site handover report, noting that there are no related parties involved.
This contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financial results starting from Q4 2025. The financial impact will continue throughout the contract period.
