AlJazira Takaful Taawuni Co. said its board of directors approved on April 11 the resignation of Sager Nadershah as the Managing Director, board member, and member of the board’s subcommittees. 
The resignation, submitted on April 9, cited personal reasons. It will take effect starting July 12, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
Nadershah was appointed as Managing Director in September 2022, according to Argaam data.
