Alinma Bankcompleted the issuance of US dollar-denominated Tier 2 sukuk through a special purpose vehicle at a total value of $500 million, via an offer to eligible investors in Saudi Arabia and internationally, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul on Nov. 5. 
The sukuk issuance is expected to be settled on Nov. 10, 2025.
