Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. announced that Al Mouhana Trading Co., a major shareholder, received the approval of the Capital Market Authority on dividing its owned shares in Al Yamamah Steel Industries equally between Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Mouhanaa and Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mouhana. 
This results in a change in the ownership percentage of one of the major shareholders in Al Yamamah Steel Industries, it added in a statement to Tadawul.
According to data available with Argaam, Al Mouhana Trading’s ownership in Al Yamamah Steel accounted to 3.44 million shares, or 6.77% of capital.
The daily trading bulletin for Tadawul’s major shareholders for Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026, showed a decline in the ownership of Al Mouhana Trading in the company from 6.77% to below 5%.
