Mohammed Hadi Al Rasheed and Partners Co. announced the launch of a new production line to manufacture silica powder.

The project aims to enable its silica plant to produce high-quality powder with ultra-fine particles as small as 10 microns, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The expansion will enhance market opportunities and open new business avenues, supporting its strategic plans, the company said.

In a separate statement on Tadawul, the company announced the start of operations at its high-purity silica mine in Riyadh. The project will boost the plant’s production capacity.

The company expects a positive financial impact in the first half of 2025.
Al Rasheed secured a mining license for the Riyadh-based silica mine from the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in July 2024, according to Argaam‘s data.
