Dar Al Majed Real Estate Co. (Al Majdiah) said its shareholders will vote on Jan. 14 on transferring the company’s SAR 44.6 million statutory reserve, as reported in its financial statements as of Sept. 30, 2025, to retained earnings. 
In a statement to Tadawul, Al Majdiah said shareholders will also vote on amending and deleting certain articles.
