Al Kathiri Holding Co.‘s subsidiary, Alian Industry Co., signed an agreement worth SAR 35 million withShandong Tiejun Electric Power Engineering Company Ltd. to establish and operate a concrete mixing plant. 
This plant is part of the expansion project for PP12 plants at Dhurma —one of the largest energy projects in the Kingdom with a capacity of 18,000 MW.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the contract includes the supply of 130,000 cubic meters of high-quality concrete, with a production capacity of up to 120 cubic meters per hour.
The concrete supply duration will range between 18 to 24 months, the statement noted, adding that the financial impact and the period over which it will be reflected will be determined at a later time.
Furthermore, the company highlighted that the project represents a strategic step towards enhancing the production capabilities of Alian Industry and providing innovative concrete solutions.
There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
