Al Kathiri Holding Co.‘s subsidiary, Alian Industry Co., signed an agreement with Italy’s EMMEDUE to establish a joint venture that will operate in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia.

In a statement on Tadawul, Al Kathiri clarified that the joint venture aims to set up a factory specializing in the manufacturing and sale of machinery related to the production of EMMEDUE panels.
The agreement also includes the supply of expanded polystyrene (EPS) raw materials for use in the production of building panels within Saudi Arabia, with plans to export them to local and regional markets to meet the growing demand for developmental projects both locally and globally.
