Al-Jouf Cement signed a one-year sales agreement with Towa Development Co. to export cement to Syria and Palestine for SAR 37.5 million. The contract represents more than 14% of the company’s total revenue based on its latest audited financial statements, it said in a statement on Tadawul.
Under the agreement, Al-Jouf Cement will supply all types of cement to Towa Development for export to the two markets during the contract term, which runs from Nov. 30, 2025 to Nov. 29, 2026.
The contract will have a positive financial impact on Al-Jouf Cement’s results from Q4 2025 through Q4 2026,the company added, noting that there are no related parties.
