Minister of and Housing Majed Al-Hogail outlined the most prominent amendments to the white land fees regulation, which was approved today, April 29, by the Council of Ministers. 
Al-Hogail confirmed that work is underway to issue the regulation’s executive bylaw within 90 days from the date of its publication in the official gazette.
A separate bylaw addressing vacant properties will be issued within one year of publication.
