The number of global companies licensed to establish regional headquarters in Riyadh has reached 675, said Khalid Al-Falih, Saudi Minister of Investment.

Speaking during the Fortune Global Forum 2025, Al-Falih stated that Saudi Vision 2030 created a flexible and dynamic environment for engagement with international companies, stressing that the Kingdom aims to be not only a market of opportunities but also a platform for global growth.

He added that 85% of Vision 2030 initiatives were completed or on track for completion by the end of 2024.

The minister also said the non-oil sector’s contribution to GDP rose to 56%, up from 40% before the launch of the Vision, while the Kingdom’s economy has doubled in size from $650 billion to about $1.3 trillion.
