In remarks to Asharq News, Al-Falih said these offerings are expected to attract new investor segments, such as pension funds and global investment funds.

He noted that regulatory developments will allow individuals to open investment and current accounts directly, enabling them to shift funds from savings to direct investment in the Saudi capital market.

Al-Falih explained that the expected inflows will not be limited to traditional investments, but will include various forms of capital, such as private equity, private credit, venture capital, as well as syndicated loans. He added that these inflows come alongside ongoing offerings of equities, sukuk, and bonds in the market.

According to Argaam data, the CMA recently announced the full opening of the Saudi capital market to all categories of foreign investors, allowing them to invest directly starting from Feb. 1, 2026.
