Al Aziziah REIT’s new dividend policy comes into effect from March 16, 2026
Al Aziziah REIT Fund updated its cash dividend distribution policy, effective March 16, 2026, fund manager Wasatah Capital said in a statement to Tadawul. 
Moving forward, the fund will distribute quarterly cash dividends for the financial periods ending in March, June, September and December.
So far, Al Aziziah REIT Fund paid dividends semi-annually—at the end of February and August each year.
Dividends will be paid within a period not exceeding 45 business days from the end of each financial period.
