Arabian Contracting Services Co. (Al Arabia) said it will not disclose its annual financial results for 2024 within the specified deadline. 
The annual results will be published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website as soon as the audit process is completed, Al Arabia said in a statement to Tadawul.
Al Arabia expects to disclose its annual results within 20 business days maximum (by April 30).
Procedures for trading suspension of listed securities will apply.
