Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology (AICTEC) announced establishing its new joint venture with China-based ZKTeco under the name Noor Technology Co. The new entity was officially registered with a unified commercial registration number (7051187396) and a capital of SAR 5.63 million.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that this move comes in line with the memorandum of understanding (MoU) previously signed between the two parties. The joint venture aims to move forward with setting up a specialized factory focused on the production of security inspection gates, vehicle and pedestrian access control systems, and modern technology solutions to serve the Saudi and broader Middle Eastern markets.
The company expects Noor Technology to accelerate project implementation in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by supporting the localization of security and technology industries, enhancing local content, generating quality job opportunities, and strengthening the Kingdom’s technological and manufacturing capabilities.
AICTEC noted that ZKTeco Ltd. Co. is a global leader in biometric solutions and AI-powered spatial intelligence technologies. The company specializes in biometric authentication and smart access management, redefining human-machine interaction and driving digital transformation.
In May, AICTEC signed an MoU with the Chinese company ZKTeco to establish a joint factory in Saudi Arabia with a capital of $1.5 million or SAR 5.63 million. ZKTeco will be holding a 60% stake, and AICTEC the remaining 40% in the new plant, Argaam data showed.
