Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.said that Abdulaziz Al-Suwailem resigned from his position as an executive board member as of May 7 for personal reasons. 
However, Al-Suwailem will stay in his position as the company’s CEO, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Tihama highlighted Al-Suwailem’s efforts to preserve the company and raise its capital through coordination with legislative, advisory, and financing bodies, as well as shareholders, to increase the company’s capital from SAR 50 million to SAR 400 million, adding that Al-Suwailem helped the company avoid bankruptcy.
