Jeddah Tower
Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC) said Jeddah Tower has reached the 120th floor, with a height of approximately 482 meters. More than 322,000 cubic meters of concrete have been poured, representing around 72% of the total targeted volume.
In its financial results statement, the company added that more than 3,900 façade panels have been installed, equivalent to about 14% of the total.
Initial installation works for the tower’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are also underway, while the subcontractor responsible for the steel works on the Sky Terrace project has commenced work on site.
Meanwhile, the company’s CEO Talal Ibrahim Al Maiman expects Jeddah Tower to reach a height of around half a kilometer before the end of this year.
He noted that KHC’s affiliate Jeddah Economic Co. (JEC) continues to demonstrate promising long-term prospects, alongside the progress being made in the construction of Jeddah Tower.
According to data available on Argaam, Kingdom Holding previously announced in January 2025 the official resumption of construction works and concrete pouring for Jeddah Tower.
Meanwhile, JEC signed an agreement in October 2024 with Saudi Binladin Group (SBG) to complete construction works on the tower project, which is expected to exceed 1,000 meters in height.
The company noted that the total contract value amounts to SAR 7.2 billion, adding that about SAR 1.1 billion had already been paid earlier as part of the overall value of completed construction works, with an execution period of 42 months.
KHC’s CEO expects the full completion of Jeddah Tower in 2028.
