Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Eastern Province, witnessed today, Nov. 1, the launch of the Khobar Downtown project, developed by Saudi Downtown Co. (SDC), a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
This was in the presence of Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Eastern Province and SDC Chairman Ibrahim Al Sultan.
Located on the waterfront in Al Khobar Governorate, the project spans more than 829,000 square meters (sqm). It will include over 4,000 residential units, more than 500 hotel rooms, and over 40,000 sqm of office space. This is in addition to more than 139,000 sqm of retail, restaurant and café space, as well as over 103,000 sqm of green spaces and public parks.
