Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. (JADCO) announced that there is no direct material financial impact on its production costs or financial results resulting from adjustments of electricity and water service tariffs. 
This is because the company’s operations rely on electricity generated by its own power generation plants using liquid fuel. In addition, the company does not source the water required for its production processes from the National Water Co. (NWC), it said in a statement to Tadawul.
The company will disclose any material financial impact in the future should its operations be connected to the electricity transmission or distribution network.
