Shareholders of Inmar Company for Real Estate Development and Investment will convene on Nov. 15, to vote on the company’s dividend policy for 2027-2029.
In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the targeted minimum cash dividend is SAR 0.80 per share for 2027 and SAR 1 per share annually for 2028 and 2029.
The company intends to distribute dividends semiannually during the policy period, subject to the general meeting authorizing the board annually to distribute interim dividends.
Distributions will depend on the company’s financial results, the availability of distributable profits, liquidity levels and cash flows, and fulfillment of relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
The board may also consider distributing additional dividends above the targeted minimum, based on the company’s financial results, financial position, cash flows, capital, investment and financing requirements, growth and expansion plans, and other relevant circumstances.
The targeted minimum amounts do not constitute an unconditional obligation to distribute dividends, the company said. It added that distributions remain subject to the availability of distributable profits, liquidity and cash flows, financing obligations, capital and investment needs, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
The dividend policy may be reviewed or amended if material changes occur in the company’s strategy, business, financial position, cash flows, capital or investment needs, or due to regulatory requirements or financing obligations that may arise, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and authorities.
