The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) announced that Abdulaziz Alnowaiser resigned as Chairman and non-executive board member due to his professional commitments. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it will announce the appointment of a new Chairman in due course.
The resignation was submitted and became effective on Oct. 24. Alnowaiser’s board membership began on April 10, 2026.
