It aims to assess transformation requests from government entities in accordance with the rules and arrangements governing the treatment of employees and workers in sectors targeted for transformation and privatization.
In addition, the framework covers transformation requests from public entities by establishing controls and requirements to support transformation objectives and ensure accurate outcomes relating to human resources, financial impact, the rationale behind each request, and its intended results.
Entities seeking transformation must provide justifications linked directly to their roles, responsibilities and vision, as well as the necessary financial studies.
