Qassim Cement Co. completed the acquisition of 100% of Amix for Ready Mix Concrete Co. after transferring full ownership of the company to Qassim Cement. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said Amix Concrete had become a wholly owned subsidiary.
Qassim Cement said the transaction value remained unchanged from the previously announced amount.
According to data available on Argaam, Qassim Cement signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with Amix’s shareholders in September to acquire 100% of the company for SAR 65 million.
The General Authority for Competition (GAC) issued a no-objection decision in October regarding the economic concentration resulting from the acquisition.
