The Ministry of Commerce issued 39,800 e-commerce registers in Q3 2024, up nearly 9.4% from roughly 36,300 in the same period a year ago, according to its latest bulletin on the performance of the Saudi business sector. 
Meanwhile, total issued commercial registers amounted to 135,900 during the three-month period, the ministry added.
Riyadh, Makkah and the Eastern Province accounted for the largest number of issued registers in Q3 2024, with nearly 16,300, 10,000, and 6,300, respectively.
