Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co. (solutions) signed a SAR 190 million contract with STC Bank to provide managed messaging services. 
The award and contract signing took place on Oct. 6, and the contract has a duration of two years, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
The financial impact of the contract will appear in the company’s financial statements starting from the fourth quarter of 2026, it said.
STC Bank is a related party because stc is the largest shareholder in both solutions and STC Bank, owning 79% of solutions and 92.3% of STC Bank.
