Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co.signed two contracts with Algihaz Contracting Co. to supply steel towers for a project to construct a 380 kV extra-high-voltage transmission line in the Western Region, with a total value of SAR 254.28 million. 
In two separate statements to Tadawul, the company stated that the value of the first contract is SAR 135.65 million, while the value of the second is SAR 118.63 million; both contracts have a duration of one year.
The two contracts were awarded and signed on Oct. 5, with supply scheduled to begin in March 2027 and the financial impact expected to materialize in the first quarter of 2027.
It further clarified that there are no related parties involved in either contract.
