Ibrahim Al Qabba Real Estate Co. said that Royal Mall in Riyadh will be offered for sale at a public auction. The property spans 29,700 square meters and is classified as a commercial complex. 
The auction is scheduled for Oct. 27, at 4:30 p.m., according to the published offering details.
In November 2023, Mosa Bin Abdulaziz Al Mosa Sons Real Estate Group announced the acquisition of an 80% stake in Royal Mall, equivalent to 23,760 square meters, for SAR 387.45 million, or around SAR 16,000 per square meter.
