Foreign institutions were net sellers of nearly SAR 4.33 billion worth of stocks in September. They also bought shares at a total value of SAR 29.41 billion, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said.

Foreign institutions accounted for 37.15% of total buy transactions and 42.61% of total sells on TASI during the same month.

Foreign retail investors recoded SAR 82.95 million in buy trades.

Saudi retail investors were net buyers of shares worth SAR 3.52 billion. Similarly, corporates bought nearly a net SAR 1.18 billion of shares. Mutual funds and government entitities were net sellers of SAR 73.89 million and SAR 106.32 million worth of shares. Instituional DPMs also sold a net SAR 158.51 million of shares.
