The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) will announce today, Sept. 30, the results of its eligibility verification for applicants under the second year of the Real Estate Equilibrium Program. 
The results will be available through the Real Estate Equilibrium Program platform via the following link: tawazoun.rcrc.gov.sa, RCRC said in a social media post on X.
According to data available with Argaam, directives issued by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman in March 2025 included instructing the RCRC to work on providing planned and developed residential land plots to citizens, ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 plots annually over the next five years, depending on supply and demand, at prices not exceeding SAR 1,500 per square meter.
RCRC began accepting applications for the second year of the Real Estate Equilibrium Program from Aug. 16 through Sept. 15, 2026.
