Alujain Corp.’s board decided on Sept. 24 to end Mohammed Al-Mutairi‘s assignment as Acting CEO by the end of Sept. 28, 2026, but will continue to serve as the company’s Vice President of Administrative Affairs.
In a statement on Tadawul, the company said Khalid Al Dawood was reappointed as CEO effective Sept. 29, 2026.
Al Dawood holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and control engineering. He has experience in industrial asset management, economics, engineering and management.
According to Argaam data, Alujain recently announced that its board accepted CEO Khalid Al Dawood’s resignation after he reached the statutory retirement age on Sept. 14, 2026.
Mohammed Al-Mutairi was appointed as Acting CEO until Al Dawood was reappointed.
