NEW YORK — Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan met with Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan and Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Al-Shaibani in New York. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the High-level Week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly. During the meeting, the foreign ministers reviewed aspects of cooperation among the three countries and opportunities to enhance economic and commercial cooperation, serving mutual interests and contributing to growth and prosperity for their peoples. The ministers also discussed ways to further enhance coordination and cooperation in addressing shared challenges. They stressed the importance of continued consultation and joint efforts to promote security and stability across the region.
