Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co. (SVCP) said its shareholders will vote on reducing the company’s capital by 69.71%, from SAR 150 million to SAR 45.43 million, to write off accumulated losses during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Oct. 22.

Restructuring capital to offset SAR 104.57 million in accumulated losses.

Reduction Date

The reduction will take effect at the end of the second trading day following the EGM to be held on Oct. 22.

Method

Cancellation of 10.46 million shares, equivalent to 0.69714167 share for every share held.

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the capital reduction will have no material impact on its obligations, operations, or financial, operational, or regulatory performance.

According to Argaam data, SVCP accumulated losses stood at SAR 104.57 million as of H1 2026, representing 69.71% of the company’s capital.
