Argaam’s periodic survey of compensation and salaries paid to senior executives and board members of Saudi joint-stock companies showed that 101 executives and board members at various Saudi-listed companies received the highest salaries and bonuses in 2025, led by executives at Saleh Al Rashed, Cenomi Retail, and SNB.
Not all companies provide detailed disclosures on compensation received by individual senior executives and board members. Some companies disclose only aggregate compensation awarded to groups of executives and board members, making it difficult to determine the amount received by each individual.
Executives at Saudi banks, telecom companies, and other major corporations are known to receive high salaries and bonuses that would place them at the top of the list if full disclosures were available.
Available data showed that Saleh Al Rashed Chairman Abdulaziz Al-Rashed topped the list with SAR 9.65 million at the end of 2025, including SAR 7.7 million in profit-based compensation and SAR 1.8 million in periodic bonuses.
The former CFO of Cenomi Retail ranked second, receiving SAR 8.04 million in 2025, comprising salaries and allowances, in addition to a periodic bonus of SAR 3.1 million and an end-of-service award of SAR 2.2 million.
Cenomi Retail CEO Salim Fakhouri ranked third with SAR 7.89 million, while SNB Chairman Saeed Alghamdi fell from first place the previous year to fourth in 2025, receiving SAR 7.35 million.
