National Building Marketing Co. announced that its subsidiary, Ajeej Steel Manufacturing Co., renewed a SAR 50 million Shariah-compliant banking facilities agreement with Bank AlJazira. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the subsidiary obtained the facilities on Sept. 16, with a term of 120 days.
It noted that the facilities are intended to finance working capital requirements.
The guarantees provided for the facilities consist of a joint and several guarantees under the same terms and conditions previously approved by the bank.
There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
