Baazeem Trading Co.signed a one-year contract with Gulf Catering Food Factory (GCFF) to distribute some of its products in Saudi Arabia, with an annual contract value of about SAR 4 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 
Under the agreement, GCFF will distribute some of Baazeem’s products across Saudi Arabia, the company said.
Baazeem expects its sales to increase by about SAR 4 million annually, with the financial impact expected to appear by the end of Q4 2026, it added.
There are no related parties to the contract, the company said.
