BEIRUT — More than 30 explosions were reported in the southern Lebanese town of Al-Mansouri from late Friday through Saturday as Israeli attacks targeted homes and infrastructure across the area, Lebanon’s official National News Agency (NNA) reported.Several homes were destroyed, while a drone dropped containers containing highly explosive material on the town, which also came under artillery fire, according to NNA.Elsewhere in southern Lebanon near the Israeli border, Israeli warplanes struck areas in the Tyre, Nabatieh, Bint Jbeil and Marjayoun districts, while Israeli forces carried out further explosions and artillery attacks.In Khiyam, a large explosion shattered windows in surrounding towns, while a drone dropped explosive material on homes, sparking a fire.NNA reported no casualties from Saturday’s attacks.The latest attacks followed another wave of Israeli strikes, shelling and explosions across southern Lebanon on Friday that targeted residential areas, homes, a school and infrastructure.Israeli attacks in Lebanon since March 2 have killed nearly 4,400 people and injured about 12,500, according to Lebanese figures.Israel continues to occupy areas in southern Lebanon, including territory it has held for decades and other positions seized during more recent wars and military operations.
