Alamar Foods Co. said Abdulaziz AlJammaz Brothers Co. is intending to transfer the ownership of 435,000 shares it holds in the company to AlJazl Investment Co., as a donation without any financial consideration, according to a statement to Tadawul.
AlJazl Investment is a registered single-person firm, serving as the dedicated commercial and investment vehicle for the Charitable Endowment of the sons of Ibrahim Abdulaziz AlJammaz, the statement added.
Abdulaziz AlJammaz Brothers Company holds 57.613% of Alamar Foods.
This transaction will result in a change on the shares owned by Abdulaziz AlJammaz Brothers Company in the Company, and the ownership details will be updated on the Saudi Exchange – Tadawul website in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
According to Argaam data, Abdulaziz AlJammaz Brothers’ current ownership now stands at 55.91%, representing around 14.26 million shares of Alamar’s 25.5 million shares.
