Estithmar Holding, listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE), said its subsidiary Elegancia, part of the group’s contracting and specialized industries segment, has won an SAR 829 million contract to carry out mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works for Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium in Qiddiya.

In a statement to the QSE, the company said Elegancia would execute the mechanical works, drawing on its expertise in delivering complex mechanical systems for major facilities.

Under the contract, Elegancia will be responsible for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), public health, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS). The project is scheduled to run from September 2026 to May 2030, with about 3,000 Elegancia employees expected to participate at various stages of implementation.

Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium in Qiddiya is one of the venues designated to host matches during the FIFA World Cup 2034. Located about 40 minutes from Riyadh, the stadium is a multi-purpose sports and entertainment facility being developed atop a 200-meter-high Tuwaiq escarpment.

The stadium will have 47,000 seats, while its total capacity is expected to exceed 60,900 people. It is projected to attract 7.6 million visitors annually and host more than 60 football matches each year.
