Tareq Amin, CEO of PIF-owned HUMAIN, said the company is seeking qualified professionals to join its initial public offering (IPO) preparation team.

Amin said in a LinkedIn post that HUMAIN is looking to attract professionals with management consulting experience at global firms, along with strong financial and strategic expertise, particularly in investor-focused strategies and IPO preparation.

Amin did not specify a timeline or expected date for the IPO in his post.

According to Argaam data, Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman launched HUMAIN in May 2025 as one of PIF’s portfolio companies. The company aims to develop and manage AI solutions and technologies, in addition to investing in the broader AI ecosystem.

HUMAIN focuses on delivering advanced AI models and applications, including the development of one of the leading Arabic large language models (LLMs), as well as the next generation of data centers and cloud computing infrastructure.

Amin previously said that HUMAIN aims to list on both the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) within three to four years.
