The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) issued the index for the classification of air transport service providers and airports based on the number of complaints filed by travelers with the authority in July 2026.

The total number of complaints submitted by passengers against airlines stood at 1,718, a decrease of 13% compared to 1,974 complaints in July 2025.
