Saudi Cable Co.’s board of directors recommended the dismissal of members Zeyad Al Barak and Nael Fayez. 
According to a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the decision was based on a recommendation from the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, and in commitment to protecting the interests of the company and its shareholders.
The committee’s recommendation stated that the two members objected to decisions taken by the board to protect the company’s interests and shareholders.
The company will provide a comprehensive report on the reasons for the dismissal of the two members to shareholders before the vote, in accordance with disclosure rules, the statement added.
