The National Housing Co. (NHC) signed 23 open purchase (OP) contracts with some real estate developers and contractors, on the sidelines of the Real Estate Supply Chain Forum 2024.
The OP contracts were concluded with some companies, including EXA Alfanar and WangKangCeramic, to open the way for developers and contractors and provide the best building materials to use them in the construction projects.
Meanwhile, 28 deals were signed with NHC partners, including Retal, Ras Al Khaimah factory, BRAVAT, Sumou Real Estate Co., and AGG.
