Tihama board member Hatem Barajjash resigned, citing concerns over his ability to exercise statutory duties

Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Co. stated that independent board member Hatem Barajjash, effective Aug. 16, 2026.

The company said in a statement that the resignation was due to what Barajjash viewed as a lack of empowerment to perform his statutory duties and responsibilities, citing the board’s management practices and a lack of impartiality in handling members’ requests and proposals.

The board members dispute the statements contained in the resignation letter, considering them inaccurate.

According to Argaam data, Barajjash had resigned as Tihama Chairman in July while retaining his board membership, citing personal circumstances.

On Aug. 16, the board had approved the termination of CEO Hussein Al-Dosari’s contract after administrative and financial violations and breaches of the authority matrix approved by the board.
