Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co.unveiled details of the agreements to supply par-cooked French fries to companies operating AlBaik restaurants, according to a statement on Tadawul.
These contracts were signed with Awaed Al Mashreq Co. Ltd. on March 14, 2026; Ebdaa Watan Food Trading Co. on March 16, 2026; Fast Food Co. on April 4, 2026; Serve Quest Restaurant Management Co. on May 21, 2026; and Al Woustah Food Services Co. on June 9, 2026.
Additionally, the contracts are valid for one year and are renewable, but their values have not been determined and will be based on the supply mechanisms agreed between the parties, with quantities and prices determined quarterly.
Chairman Badr Hamed Al-Aujan, who also serves on the board of Al Woustah Food, is a related party to the agreement.
The relevant financial impact depends on the development of agreed supply volumes and actual orders, starting Q3 2026.
