Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, Chairman of Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC), said in an update to figures he had previously published that the fair value (FV) of KHC’s assets has risen to SAR 100 billion.
The company’s net asset value (NAV) per share had increased to SAR 24.17. The stock’s intrinsic value is worth more than SAR 36 per share, representing approximately 50% upside over the company’s NAV per share, Prince Alwaleed said on his X account today, Aug. 16.
As per Argaam data, Prince Alwaleed said, last May, that the company’s shares are trading at a significant discount to their fair value. He explained that KHC’s NAV stands at SAR 21.05 per share, while the stock is trading below SAR 14, implying a 35.5% discount to NAV.
KHC earlier disclosed that its combined stake with Prince Alwaleed’s private office in SpaceX amounts to 0.63%.
