Mayar Holding Co. said its accumulated losses fell from SAR 45.7 million, representing 76.2% of capital as of Dec. 31, 2025, to zero as of June 30, 2026.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the reduction was mainly attributable to SAR 70.8 million in support provided by its major shareholder during the period.

The company added that its executive management, under the guidance of the board of directors, is working to improve operational efficiency and rationalize costs to enhance profitability.

According to data available with Argaam, Mayar’s losses rose to SAR 25.2 million (after excluding minority interest) in H1 2026, compared with losses of SAR 11.9 million in H1 2025.

In March, the company received a letter from its major shareholder, Taya Holding Co., which owns 83.14% of the company’s shares, confirming the unconditional waiver of part of its credit balance with Mayar as of March 11, amounting to SAR 16.8 million.

The waiver was intended to support the company and offset part of its accumulated losses.

The company also received another letter in June confirming the shareholder’s waiver of its entire credit balance with the company as of June 25, amounting to SAR 67.59 million.
