ADES reaffirms its 2026 EBITDA guidance of SAR 4.50 billion to SAR 4.87 billion
ADES Holding Co. received resumption notifications for all of its temporarily suspended offshore rigs in Saudi Arabia.
In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the resumption notifications underscore the continued strength of the offshore drilling market fundamentals, with contracted jack-up rig utilization rates exceeding 90% amid strong day rates.
The resumption reflects a structurally tight market that continues to favor ADES as the largest owner of jack-up rigs globally.
ADES reaffirmed its 2026 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) guidance of SAR 4.50 billion to SAR 4.87 billion, supported by the group’s scale and geographic diversification, which spans a 123-rig platform, the continued conversion of Shelf Drilling synergies and supportive momentum across our international markets.
According to Argaamdata, the company announced in March that some of its offshore rigs in the GCC had been temporarily suspended amid ongoing regional tensions.
