Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co. (solutions) signed a contract with Center3 Digital Data and Communications Co. (Center3) to construct, build, and equip the DDC307 data center in Dammam for SAR 364 million, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The scope of work includes the following key phases:
1) Mobilization – Preparing the site’s infrastructure, project facilities, resources, and management teams to ensure a swift and organized project launch.
2) Engineering – Completing the detailed design and full engineering works across all disciplines to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and constructability.
3) Construction – Comprehensive civil and construction works to be executed across four integrated phases: site preparation, foundation works, superstructure construction, and final fit-out.
4) MEP Works – Supplying, installing, and integrating all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and public health systems in accordance with the highest international standards.
5) Testing Commissioning – Conducting systematic testing, commissioning, and delivering a safe, reliable, and fully operational facility.
Signed on Aug. 3, the 18-month contract is expected to begin contributing to the company’s financial statements starting from the first quarter of 2027.
Center3 is a related party. stc, which owns 79% of solutions, holds a 100% stake in Center3.
