Nahdi Medical Co. announced the establishment of Rawa Alsihha Co., a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 
In a statement to Tadawul, Nahdi said that the subsidiary has been established to support its strategic objectives and future growth plans by enhancing its capabilities across supply chain, logistics, distribution, and delivery solutions.
It also noted that there is no material immediate financial impact resulting from the establishment of the subsidiary at this stage, expecting the subsidiary to support its future growth initiatives and enhance operational capabilities.
Any material development or financial impact will be disclosed in due course in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements, it said.
